Refund and Return

We want you to love your Diamera lab-grown diamond jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a structured return process.

Return Conditions

Timeline: Returns must be initiated within [Insert Number, e.g., 30] days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with the security tag intact.
Documentation: The original Diamond Certification (IGI/GIA) must be included. Returns without the certificate will not be accepted due to its high value.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized (engraved) jewellery.
Items showing signs of wear or those altered by a third-party jeweler.

Refund Process

Initiate: Email diamera@gmail.com with your order number.
Inspection: Once received at our USA facility, our gemologists will inspect the piece for authenticity and condition.
Payout: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged Goods

If your jewellery arrives damaged, please email us at diamera@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the item and the packaging.
