Thank you for choosing Diamera. We are committed to delivering your lab-grown diamond jewellery safely and securely. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 6-8 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or courier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipment Security & Insurance

  • Full Insurance: Every order from Diamera is fully insured during transit. This means your investment is protected until it reaches your doorstep.

  • Signature Required: For your protection, all orders above a certain value will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Within the USA: Sales tax will be applied at checkout based on your state’s regulations.

  • International Shipping: Diamera is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Due to the high value of our jewellery and the requirement for a signature, Diamera does not ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical residential or business address for all deliveries.

7. Damages

If you receive your order and the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately. If you find the item damaged after opening, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
